Lir Chocolates, an Irish favourite known for deliciously luxurious treats, faced a bit of a brand messaging puzzle. They wanted to attract a slightly younger crowd while keeping their current customers happy – no easy feat! They needed a way to claim their spot in a market chock-full of competitors, refresh their brand messaging without losing their unique heritage, and shift perceptions from “fancy gift-only chocolates” to a tasty everyday indulgence. After many a chocolate sampling, we knew we were ready for the challenge.
